Too many problems.

As an engineer, I am ashamed that I did not see any problems with this system. And I don't know how he gets the positive reviews he's getting. Anyway, here are the problems I'm having. maybe they can help you decide. 1) Half of the leaves, or more depending on the wind and direction, climb to the roof where they are washed back into the ditch the next time it rains. Then you have to start all over again and lose half of the leaves on the roof again. 2) You will need a sandblasting cap or similar as you are almost under falling leaves and debris. A face mask will help, as will goggles, but dirt falling on your face is no fun. I would also recommend a mouth filter. 3) You should stop and clean the air intake grille every one to two minutes. Falling leaves are sucked in and clog it. 4) Your gutter will likely have spacers every few feet. You must bypass this. 5) The lengths of hose are bolted together and will need to be re-tightened approximately every 20 feet from the groove. 6) Your fan may have a safety switch that prevents it from running without a nozzle. If so, then it must be defeated. 7) You will have leaves all over the edge of the house, in bushes and such. Stack the sheets with the washer on the stair at one end of the gutter. If you do this, do not let the pressure washer hit the roof shingles. 8) Even with two extensions, holding the force of the air coming out of the nozzle will tire your wrists quickly. The photo showing the work done with one hand is misleading. 9) As for the next one above, there are two hands on the pipe so the blower should be hanging out at the bottom. It can rotate freely and will soon grab your clothes by the air intake grille. 10) The canvas hose that connects the hose to the nozzle of the blower can catch on something and slip off, causing the blower to fall onto your foot or concrete path. (definitely an ugly picture). 11) If you have solar panels they will be covered in dust/dirt which will be blown out of the duct along with the leaves. Using a portable blower helps solve many of these problems. Using more tubes helps a little. But some, like leaving leaves on the roof, are unavoidable.
