Review on MotorbyMotor by Matt Lewis

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received from MotorbyMotor when I placed an order with them lately. The store had a lot of stuff, but they didn't have the one thing I needed to fix my car. Finding what I needed on the website was also a chore because of how poorly designed it was. There was also no assistance from customer support. I needed help, but nobody there seemed to know anything about the items they were selling. It took a long time to get a reply to my questions, and when I did, they didn't have a good answer for me. As a whole, I would not suggest anyone use MotorbyMotor when shopping for spares. Their selection is impressive, but navigating their website and communicating with them is a chore. My expectations were not met, and as a result, I will no longer be using their services.
