Everything about this product is great! The customer service has been amazing as well as their technical support team that helped us during our transition from another system to Aimse360 was also top notch!! I wish we could have had it sooner in my career but now everyone uses something similar so you're stuck between what they offer vs your current platform/system (or if there's not an option available).

If possible go through training or hire someone who knows how things work because some stuff can be confusing at first glance. We were using Sage 50 which wasn't working very efficiently when trying to keep track of all transactions across many departments within one organization - especially after hours where employees would come into stores throughout different shifts. This program allows me to easily manage everything while ensuring accuracy without having tons of spreadsheets open up next too each department manager just looking over them constantly like before.
