Excellent tires for the money, but I went with Focus 2. Prior to that, I had a Bridgestone Turanza for 5 years; there is essentially no difference, and there is no noise, more precisely, none that would be heard from any more expensive tires. After the tire fitting, I drove on the road and it started snowing; I experienced no discomfort as I rode on rough tires through a porridge of snow and water (the temperature was +3), and they kept the road perfectly. Since those reviews are not great, I believe the best of them are undoubtedly superior to the Chinese, thus paying more is unnecessary.
