Puppia seems to be having trouble getting a consistent size chart for type C harnesses. My papillon has quite a large head I think for her height because we cannot fit a small type A harness on her head, and the middle one is too big around her chest so we used a lupine crotch with straps in the harness because anything that goes over her head needs to be fastened once it's over her head and then the buckles get stuck in her fluffy Fur. But when she's tethered all day (when we're traveling for example) she can rub and rub a lot behind her front legs, so we looked for softer options and found Type-C tethers! We ordered four but only two fit, all sizes are small because it seems like there are two sets of sizes and it's between small and medium on one chart and on the smallest end on the other chart. It's frustrating, but the softness of the belt couldn't be better!
