I can easily navigate this product without having to download it in another program like my internet browser or even phone apps. The layout is very well organized to show all medical records needed when seeing providers at appointments. When creating an appointment you cannot select certain services to complete such as xrays without first clicking another button which may not always be apparent while setting up an appointment. Would appreciate if service providers could make note changes without the need to click an additional button. This app makes scheduling doctors visits fairly painless because most things are intuitive through each provider portal and you don't actually require to know much about using the computer interface just what's shown within. The most liked thing is that it is easy to use for the patient and the doctor. I have not found any downside of this. It is good for the patient as well as for the doctor. It is good for both the doctors and the patients as it helps in the easy access of patient information. It is very helpful tool for the doctor and for the patient as it makes the work easy and gives the doctor a great ease in treating the patient.
