I purchased this unit direct from Kinetic and it arrived within 5 days. Installing the device was easy (there are several videos on YouTube showing how to do it), but getting the InRide sensor to work wasn't that easy. and required some adjustments. On the other hand, Kinetic's customer support was helpful and after following the instructions closely, my device is now smart and working (I connected it to both Kinetic FIT and Zwift via my iPad). I rolled it twice this week and everything works fine. I will definitely work in winter :-)
