So far, so good! Best in Cycling

I purchased this unit direct from Kinetic and it arrived within 5 days. Installing the device was easy (there are several videos on YouTube showing how to do it), but getting the InRide sensor to work wasn't that easy. and required some adjustments. On the other hand, Kinetic's customer support was helpful and after following the instructions closely, my device is now smart and working (I connected it to both Kinetic FIT and Zwift via my iPad). The rock and roll feature isn't worth the extra money.

I hated this machine. It's hardly "smart". The rock and roll feature is no fun. Even standing is uncomfortable. It has a hum/buzz/vibration which is very uncomfortable. The bike never feels stable. It always seems to swing left or right. I always tried to put it back in place. If you are looking for a smooth running shoe, you can find much better ones for the price. Rock and Roll isn't the best exercise machine money can buy. I returned it to the Wahoo Core, which is more expensive but better…

After dreaming about it for many years, nothing came of it.

It was a terribly disappointing experience. After I set it up and hooked it with my finger, it was crooked and leaned heavily to one side no matter what I did. I've followed all the instructions on the internet on the subject to no avail. Then I just tried it, although it still tilted slightly, and it was pretty fun for a minute, then there was this audible rattle and it stopped resisting, and then I started smelling burnt plastic.
