It was a terribly disappointing experience. After I set it up and hooked it with my finger, it was crooked and leaned heavily to one side no matter what I did. I've followed all the instructions on the internet on the subject to no avail. Then I just tried it, although it still tilted slightly, and it was pretty fun for a minute, then there was this audible rattle and it stopped resisting, and then I started smelling burnt plastic. I looked down and some strange shiny black plastic flew out of the flywheel housing. Packing this item for return shipping was a nightmare and the overall experience was very disappointing. Pro tip: If you buy it, don't buy it over Christmas as tech support is closed for the holidays, and when you unbox it, take photos of each step so you know how to put everything in the box correctly pack if you're as bad as me. Much luck!
