I love how easy it was for my staff members to use and manage their schedules, appointments etc via this system! There were no problems with using it or managing our office workflow. It really helped us have more control over scheduling appointments, sending reminders out and keeping track of patients' information. The only thing we didn't like about it was having to do all your data entry into one place which could be tedious sometimes but not much else. We had been trying to get away from paper appointment books in favour of an online calendar/scheduler type option but so far haven't found anything suitable yet. Instead, we've just started using aeronaclinic (it's free) and are happy with how well they keep things organized. Having everything in one place has made organizing patient files and tracking paperwork much easier than before. This also makes updating contact info for customers and clients very convenient too.
