Lights not working and dents on lamp

The lamps came in the box with no visible damage. Upon autopsy and autopsy, they found scratches on the metal and damage to the USB port on the lantern. He was also very light, which is alarming. Poor quality control on lampshades and no scratches on thin metal. Would definitely not recommend
