Review on 🚗 Maxpow 1-Piece Gas Charged Hood Lift Support Shocks Strut 6466 for Solara 2004-2008 by Joseph Stone

The stand is very nice but not so easy to install. As soon as I took the old one out I saw how it should move, but it looks like the Toyota store has a special tool to pry out the metal strap that holds the end of the strut to the ball attached to the car. I was able to use a screwdriver to pry the tape to release the ball and then tap the new tape to grab the ball. The new part is very similar to the original and works very well.
