From the moment I received the camera, it had problems. First, the cord is pretty short. So if you have a computer under your desk, you MUST have an extension cord. First I plugged it into a USB hub and the computer didn't recognize the camera at all. Then I plugged it into a USB extender and it works sometimes. Sometimes it works, sometimes the microphone works, but the image from the camera is distorted and broken, and sometimes the computer doesn't recognize it at all! This is not a driver issue as this camera has no drivers. It uses Windows 10 built-in drivers. Also, it's not a 1080p camera in any way. The picture is 720p at best, grainy and washed out. My phone has a better selfie camera than this thing. Spend a little more and get Logitech.
