Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.

They were on vacation for a month, so when I decided to return the headphones, they refused. It took me two hours to issue the return.

Why do I need the option of a return if I stated that the headphones had been opened and that it would be impossible to do so? Reason for return: "There are signs of use."
