What a huge waste of time and money! don't waste yours Drum mechanism broke on SECOND USE. I removed the lock to test fit it to the hitch and then fitted it to the hitch. After that, it could be fully unlocked. After searching the internet for solutions and tips and trying to move the wrench in many different ways, I took it to my mechanic neighbor. He laughed and said he sees these cheap tills there all the time and "watches it". He then pulls out the Sawzall and completely shears the bolt off in about 3 seconds. Not minutes. SECONDS. Apparently, the toggle switches in the latch mechanism are cheap cast iron, and the "chrome-plated steel" of the latch is just cast garbage too. Complete fake garbage.
