I'm 6ft 6" and torso length and this set fits very well. I ordered XL. It's roomy, just like pajamas should be, so it doesn't restrict your movement while you sleep. This is a lightweight material, but it is incredibly warm to the body while you sleep. The look is classic and timeless and should serve the owner for years to come. These pajamas aren't strictly necessary for day to day functioning, but they're really worth it as a kind of treat in yourself that makes relaxing and sleeping at home extra special.
