Review on 🚪 Schlage F10 AND 716 ADD Andover Door Knob with Addison Trim - Hall & Closet Passage Lock in Aged Bronze by Daniel Tonini

First off, the grips I've received in the past work great and feel solid. I ordered a bedroom and hallway handle last week and one of these looks amazing. I could tell from the other's packaging that it had been returned before and when I opened it there was a huge dent in the handle. I returned it and asked for a replacement. It arrived yesterday and this one also has a dent. It's like the defects come back and instead of getting rid of them, they just send them back. If I plan to put it in a closet I wouldn't mind a small dent but it goes into the hallway where it will be visible. I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet. For the price I expect it to be in good condition. Very disappointed.
