Mediocre at best, but you get what you pay for.

Since it has multiple settings and features, it's best to break them down. 360 Degree Laser Level: Works fine if you place it at a certain height on a solid object (tripod to the point below) and used in unlocked laser mode. Move slowly to reduce the jump line even at 20 feet. Accuracy is within 0.5 degrees, so distances of up to 10 feet shouldn't be visible unless you're looking for it. Centerline: Same as a vertical line, but appears to be within +/- 1 degree of the plane and is easily visible. at any distance. Fixed Position Laser: While it may seem nice to be able to fix the position of the laser at a certain point, it's a bit of a hassle as locking actually moves the laser and forces you to reset your level. It plays a role in some applications, but at the moment it's not very useful for me. Combination 360 with center line: Just as accurate as it is independent and probably the best feature of it since you can use it to locate the points of nails and studs. , and much more. Worked great for picture hanging and lighting as it gave a clear center line. Tripod: Definitely two steps away. Cheap, weightless plastic allows you to move even with a slight breeze. The overall height isn't optimal and it was less useful. With a laser installed, it will bounce at maximum height with almost any movement, or even in light winds. I would recommend just getting a camera tripod and using that. Battery: Full charge from tot took about 3 hours. The indicator light is bright and easy to read, although it can seem a bit too bright at night when charging. It took about 5 hours to kill a charge the first time and use it in different settings. The second charge took about 3 hours when the 360 combo stayed on and forgot to kill the battery. Overall: It works, but don't just take the lines it projects as perfectly straight. Before you assemble things with a real plane, check them out and then do what you need to do before moving the plane. It will be a good addition to your home tool box, but is not recommended for professional use. It's a good tool for its price, but not as good as some of the other tiers that are two or three times more expensive.
