Review on Torchbeam by Johnny Weber

Recently, I made a disappointing purchase of automotive lighting goods from Torchbeam. While they had a decent variety of products at reasonable rates, the quality of those products and their customer service were both underwhelming. The products I ordered were of poor quality when they finally came. In addition to the fact that not all of the lights worked, the fixtures and fittings were also poorly made. Trying to get a refund from customer support resulted in long hold periods and unhelpful responses. Attempting a solution to the problem was both irritating and time-consuming. Furthermore, delivery was slow, and I was not informed of any developments concerning my purchase. I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the items I was looking for. My overall impression was negative, and I would not suggest Torchbeam to anyone shopping for quality car headlights and helpful service. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time at Torchbeam. Their low-quality goods and service left much to be desired, despite the fact that their rates were competitive. If you need quality automotive lighting items, I suggest looking elsewhere.
