This is not available at local hardware stores.

Buying here makes it much easier to get what you need. This fixed my super rusty old cover. It's cheap and easy to install.

Pros

Easy installation. Experience hassle-free installation that requires no special skills or tools. Simply split the flange around the perimeter of the pipe and join the ends together to secure and protect the pipe and opening in the wall, floor or ceiling.
