Negative relief on the cut surface. Completely illiterate production.

Media could not be loaded. Unsuitable for use without regrinding the cutting surface. Wouldn't even cut plastic without smoke and squeaks. It was clearly ground by just holding the end of the grinding wheel, with no proper relief behind the cutting edge.
