It is a useful tool for all the workstations, for the office, for the technicians. It is a good software, it is suitable for everyone. I personally like the system and I recommend to my colleagues. It is reliable, the functionality is useful for everyone and it has a good interface for everyone. There are a few users that don't understand the software, when I give help or they ask me, it is because they are in training or they don't know why they use it. I have to give them help and support to use this software. It is very useful, you can organize your work. The system is very useful for workstations, it is very useful for technicians to know the workstation. The most important thing that I like about this software is it's ability to integrate with other applications such as SAP which makes our life easier. It also has an excellent reporting feature where you can generate reports for your business needs. We are using this tool for tracking all of our assets from their lifecycle till they get scrapped. This helps us keep track of everything we need to do regarding each asset.
