WOW - Amazing Product

Very seldom do I rate a product as Amazing unless it really is Amazing. Having owned my Mercedes Benz CLA for over 5 years I realized that there are products that would save me the hassle of washing and reapplying layers of protective wax. Of course you should wax your car if you want the paint to last and look shiny and new. I personally live in a dry desert where there is a lot of sand. The wax doesn't last long. A large load of wax will trap dust/dirt and make the car look dirty. You will find that most uses of wax are virtually useless. That's when I heard about the ceramic coating and this article. There aren't many of these quality products on the market and I was initially skeptical about this product. If you are skeptical that it will work, just try it on interior door jambs or the bottom/side of your car. Applying this crystal coating is similar to applying a wax coating, but much harder and more permanent. The best part is that it looks like you bought the car. Ceramic Coating is essentially an extra layer applied over paint like a clear coat. This layer wears away like wax over time, but in my area is far more resistant to scratches from sand and dirt. This means that you protect the layers of paint from all dirt and contamination. I highly recommend this product. It was very easy for the first DIYer (on this product), although I have to say I brought a lot of experience and equipment with me. The first thing you need to do is prepare your car for this nano application - wash your car thoroughly - for this I have chosen to use a heavier soap which will remove more/all of the contaminants. If you want you can use a little dish soap to remove any wax already there, which I did. If you're crazy like me, you can pour clay over your car and use a clay block to remove all the microparticles. This will definitely remove all wax and miniature particles. After drying the car with a microfiber cloth, you can apply the nanocoating. This is the last step. As with waxing, apply a few drops at a time in straight lines. Just make sure it looks reasonably even and that the whole surface looks linear. The next step is to just let it sit for a minute before buffing. I wish the product came with an atomizer but I see a lot of product wastage when it does. You didn't say anything about using an orbital buffer, but I chose to use it for this step. If you choose to do this, I would use something relatively soft. I didn't want to remove the coating, so smooth and slow motion should work. Let the thing dry in a garage for a few days, hopefully dust free. After that you can check if it repels water and dirt better than wax. If you want it to last longer, simply apply the wax as usual. Amazing Results: My 5 year old car looks like it was just bought from a dealership.
