I just installed this on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe after a few too long warm up winters. A few days later I like it. Installation was easy (I went with the snap-on stick that came with it, but a drill/screw-on option is also included). I let the pictures dry for a few days according to the instructions and then glue them on. It used to take up to 15 minutes to heat the air, but now probably 5 minutes? I could also run it automatically for a full 10-meter cycle, and the truck barely got hot in the MN winter. Now in the autorun cycle the truck actually starts to warm up. I closed the dampers all the way this morning and after a 15 meter drive on the Autobahn the water temp started to get higher than it should (engine going to overheat). He stopped and opened the flaps and returned to normal. I feel really old driving this thing around, but I don't care if it keeps me and my family warm! Highly recommended-
