Broke after 2 months of use

We have been using Kyocera knives for many years and have never had a problem. The 4.5" knife broke after only 2 months of use.

Pros

Ideal for slicing boneless meat, boneless fish, fruit and vegetables only. Do not use on hard or frozen foods.
