Broke after 2 months of use

We have been using Kyocera knives for many years and have never had any problems. The 4.5" knife broke after only 2 months of use.

Best Knife Ever: Asian Knife

Slicing tomatoes is easy. I have a big knife and a small one. They are my favorites in my kitchen. I have a really good set of Shun knives and I like them better for most cutting jobs.

Ultra-sharp knives come with a limited lifetime warranty, free lifetime sharpening at Kyocera's California factory, and free replacement if damaged through misuse (willful) or negligence on the part of Kyocera.

Sharp for vegetables

The sharpest knife I have ever used and bought expensive Japanese steel knives like Shun. I prefer this option for veggies. I don't use it for meat so I don't know about it. I have not seen any chips in ceramics. I have now bought 3 of these and would like another one!

The superior edge of this ergonomic knife

I have been working in the manufacturing department with a 4.5 inch Kyocera knife for 4 years. I bought this new one because it claims it will last twice as long. I have yet to find out if this is the case, but the blade is very sharp. That's very impressive. It makes the hundreds of cuts I make every day easier.
