The superior blade of this ergonomic knife

I have been working with a 4.5 inch Kyocera knife in the manufacturing department for 4 years . I bought this new one because it claims it will last twice as long. I have yet to find out if this is the case, but the blade is very sharp. That's very impressive. It makes the hundreds of cuts I make every day easier.

Pros

Ultra-sharp, extremely hard, modern ceramic blade that stays sharp 2 times longer than standard Kyocera ceramic blades
