Sharp for vegetables

The sharpest knife I have ever used and bought expensive Japanese steel knives like Shun. I prefer this option for veggies. I don't use it for meat so I don't know about it. I have not seen any chips in ceramics. I have now bought 3 of these and would like another one!

Easy and simple to clean, ceramic blades will not brown or add a metallic taste to food
