Very good tool in managing your business
I like that Mindbill helps us to understand and manage our customer's data. It's very easy to use, easy to understand and has a great support. It helps us to see where we can improve our customer's experience. I've been using Mindbill for over a year and we've been very happy with it. We would like to have a greater understanding of the data and how it is used. We've been able to improve our customer's experience and understand how to maximize it. We've been able to understand what our customers like and dislike.
Pros
- The user interface makes sense
- There are lots features available in this tool.
- This system gives an accurate analysis report which help you better serve your clients or employees (for example : What do my staff needs more from me? Am i doing good at giving them feedback?)
Cons
- You need be proficient enough computer savvy
- Sometimes takes so much time trying figure out some settings
