Description of MINDbill

MINDBill Essentials is an end-to-end, ready for deployment billing and customer care solution for mobile telecommunication service providers. It is seamlessly pre-integrated with most of the leading market vendors and allows service providers to offer convergent service for 3G wireless networks, wireline, broadband and LTE networks. The system supports prepaid and postpaid payment methods and targets residential and business customers.

Great solution if you need an extra layer of protection

I like how well it works as far as being able to integrate with all my carriers (AT&T/Verizon/Sprint). There are some minor bugs here or there that can be improved but nothing major at this time. They have been very responsive when working with me through out our implementation process. We were looking for something that could help us get better control over who we give credit cards to so they would not just go in and use someone elses card without their permission. Mind Bill is easy to use, simple and affordable cloud billing software

This software is very easy to use even for people who have no knowledge about this type of software.The only thing that I would like it's more flexible because if you want to do something in your own way or make changes to the code you need to log into the server where the source files are located which can sometimes be difficult/time consuming. I like that Mindbill helps us to understand and manage our customer's data. It's very easy to use, easy to understand and has a great support.   • There are lots features available in this tool.
  • This system gives an accurate analysis report which help you better serve your clients or employees (for example : What do my staff needs more from me? Am i doing good at giving them feedback?)

Great experience with easy implementation and outstanding customer service

Easy integration into our network management platform (NMP), robust reporting capabilities via its API or through MindBill's web portal at no cost as well! Very flexible in terms how it can be configured/customized per carrier requirements; great support from their team too!!
