Great experience with easy implementation and outstanding customer service

Easy integration into our network management platform (NMP), robust reporting capabilities via its API or through MindBill's web portal at no cost as well! Very flexible in terms how it can be configured/customized per carrier requirements; great support from their team too!! Would love if they also add SMS capability - we'd use that instead sometimes when not having data connectivity available otherwise :) Our teams are happy about this product because all services within one dashboard which has been very hard before now.
