The item shown in the photo and the item received, which are two different items! I ordered a straight cable with two velcro straps on the other end as shown here! What I received was a straight cable with 4 hooks. It must have a loop on one end so it can be threaded through the slot on the Roadmaster All Terrain hitch! AMAZON, change the image on this item to reflect the 4 hook cable!
