They look pretty good and everything I bought was the right size. But there are some problems. First, there were no instructions, and not in one package, but in each package (5). Top mounting within a window frame requires very specific information (which was not available). There are two ways to mount them: a top clip and a larger bracket for outdoor window mounting. All you have are two very tiny screws so external mounting isn't possible without getting new screws, but they won't work anyway so don't worry. So when you put them in a window frame, they look beautiful. Anything else, they don't work. This also raises the question of why there is so little negative information. Something is being done to keep people from seeing the truth.
