make all pans work on an induction cooktop

There are no dislikes. Works great, but you do lose some efficiency in using this item. had a 5.5" induction single egg pand did not works too small, so I use this, now works. makes all your special pand that did not work, now work. A must need option for an induction cooktop.

Pros

I really like this heat diffuser. Strong, works well and so far works with all my pans.

Cons

Perfect converter but straight out of the box damn thing rusted up.
