Review on Cuisinox Salt/Pepper/Flax Seed Mill: Efficient Spice Grinder for Precise Seasoning by Jorge Kehayas

I needed white pepper and salt mills so I bought two of these. I saw ridiculous prices for coffee grinders and didn't want to pay that much money for something I would use sparingly. I just wanted something that would do a decent job. It does. I put white peppercorns in one and coarse salt in the other. (A lot of sea salts are wet. Be sure to only use dry salt in this grinder as wet salt clogs it up.) I used both yesterday and was generally very happy. The pepper was just what I wanted. The salt was very fine and crumbly. I still think it's salt. I used large crystals of pink Himalayan salt. Himalayan pink salt tends to grind into a fine powder. I'll try kosher salt and see how it works. Anyway, I'm very happy with the results. I definitely recommend this product.
