Beautiful but best in collars, harnesses and leashes

I saw this harness and fell in love. The problem is I order small because I have a small 7 lb dog and it was too small for her neck. I couldn't wear it. I have returned the item and it is a pleasure to work with the store owner aka the seller. I hope to order another size up because this product looks and feels good.
