For carrying a bilge sponge

I need a spare line so the bilge sponge doesn't fly away if I roll over or drop it. On my first ride, while pushing off the beach, I was hit by an "even bigger" wave and rolled over. Everything stayed with me, it only remained to throw it back into the kayak under my knees. Mr. Sponge soaked up the water that splashed on the bottom of my yak and I was able to just push it over the side from time to time. This leash works great for what I bought it for.
