Where's my memory screw Matt?

I bought this set because it had a screw memory mat which turned out to be the most useful part of the set. Upon arrival, the dividers inside the set were cracked and the pieces of the set were reversed. There were 3 bits on the magnetizer that didn't look like they matched the rest of the set and the memory mat was nowhere to be found. Very disappointed with this because the 'Tool Set Parts' accessory inventory says they should be included.
