Looks good, but you probably won't keep it
Seems to be a good enough CO2 tank. But beware, almost nobody will fill a new tank. Welding shops and such swap tanks, so you take your shiny new tank and go home with a used tank without ever using a new one. However, not everything is so bad, a new (used) tank locally costs $80 and a refill $20. So for $60 I didn't lose anything by buying this online, but I didn't gain anything by skipping the step and going to the store either.
