The best cutting board among cutting boards

Mine arrived flat and in good condition. I gave it to my mother who loves it. Although at first I thought it might be deformed because it wobbled a bit. Turns out her countertop wasn't flat! After being heavily oiled with a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil, it was the best cutting board she had ever used. It looks good with richly colored teak and, as a decent wood, is good for cutting. I hooked it up myself and it's great. It's a bit heavy, but that weight shines when it's time to cut and of course makes the board resistant to sliding across the counter. Its massive size is also good as you can prepare all the ingredients in one place. And yes, you can cook veggies and meat at the same time if you cook the whole thing. You only have to worry about cross-contamination when preparing something fresh like salads. We wash it lightly and dry it thoroughly before putting it on the table. So far it has held up well for the past two months of daily use.

Pros
  • Moisture resistant | Stain-resistant | Hand wash only
Cons
  • Very expensive
