Not for real mountain bikes
Cannot bend. This is not for real trail riding. Need an extension when trying to convert your bike from small to medium. I ended up just taking my bike to the local downtown Orlando bike shop, Orange Cucle. They immediately removed it from my bike. Maybe good for those who drive on paved trails, but not for those who sit behind the wheel and need to take corners quickly.
