I've used Craftsman blades in the past on this old Sears band saw I have and I always thought they were short lived because I cut exotic hardwoods - we'll see how they hold up over time, but I put on this blade and immediately got to work with some bowl blanks to carve. The first was bubinga wood and the second was jatoba wood, both hard and dense. But that didn't matter to this blade, it cut like clockwork without burning and with a smooth surface.
