So far so good for the kitchen and dining room
I have ordered several tea/coffee warmers. It's the first thing that warmed my tea. It has three temperature settings and a countdown timer for added peace of mind. The manual could explain how to use the silicone case. I have a feeling it just gets lost, but it's nice when you have to cover the warmer part of the heating element. hope it lasts
