I am unapologetically a fan of Ninja's kitchen products.have quite a few of them in my home and they always meet or exceed my expectations. This pan is no exception. It is a 12 on 1 where it works as multiple types of frying pans, a steamer, a strainer, a roasting pan, and more. I love the roasting pan feature and that this is oven safe - that alone with a big selling point for me. But everything else that is says it does that I have tried so far checks out flawlessly. It cooks very well and evenly.and it steams veggies etc very, very well.The non stick is really non stick - no issues there. It's also very easy to clean and store - I just keep it in the oven since I use it frequently and that's the handiest place. I have used it on an electric cooktop only so far, but from what I have read it works just as well on an induction or gas stove too. It comes with a matching spatula, too, a nice and unexpected bonus.The only thing i wasn't sure about at first was the color - I got the smoked paprika, which doesn't really match my other pans. But you know what.this thing works so well that I might not even need those other pans anyway LOL.If you can only fit one pan in your cupboard, or like to live very minimalist in the cookware department, then this can very well be the only pan you need to buy. It's not the cheapest, but it is most definitely worth every penny.
