Restaurant quality food slicer.
This food slicer is very impressive, especially considering its price. Bought for home use but could easily be what they use in a restaurant. Slices with ease, and gone are the days of washing the skin off my hands while holding turnips for canning. Used it on a whole salad last night and it cut everything perfectly. I would definitely buy it again but I think I'll pass this on to my kids because of the quality. I threw my old plastic straight into the trash.
