This cover is a very good replacement for the worn covers I had on my 1998 TJ. but the product is better than pictured - covers are provided for the rear bars as well as the center bar and the top bars which connect to the windshield (i.e. all bars are covered not just the rear). Two fairly minor complaints keep this from a 5 star rating. First, the fabric doesn't feel as thick as an OEM tarp. Second, for installation, if you have a canopy, you will need to cut the fabric of that cover so that the brackets go through the cover (this is not a mannequin, it's in the instructions). For the price it seems like the slots need to be pre-cut and machined.
