Review on ๐Ÿงผ PH PandaHall Soap Cutter Drawer Box - Ultimate Soap Beveler and Trimming Tool for Handmade Soaps and Candles - Perfect for DIY Craft Soap Making by Denise Davis

You get what you pay for.

I liked that it has a little drawer for collecting shavings, but it's so loose it slips out when you try to use the tool. The tool itself is awful unless you like huge chunks of soap being removed from your edges. The grooves are not deep enough so there is no consistency from one end of the bar to the other. I ruined a whole loaf just to get a pretty bar! I did better with a $1 potato peeler. Being wood, soap collects in the grooves and blades, requiring you to pick up something after each bar to remove any stuck shavings. Oh, and the blade, not that you can just run to the hardware store to find a replacement. Not worth the money and I'm glad it's still in the return window because it's coming back.

Pros
  • Easy to use and clean: with chips box. Hand wash in hot soapy water. rinse and dry immediately. Size: Approximately 4.25" wide, 6.25" long, 2" thick.
Cons
  • boring packaging

I needed this planer to even the bottoms of bunny soaps I made. It did the job perfectly,
