Replaceable standard fan, keep the same, buy better!
From my experience with Comgrow they have great customer service but this part is rubbish! They carry the essence, so it's not really their fault. I would spend your money on a better fan. My hot fan on my stick end failed after about 3 weeks. You could see the fan speed changing while typing (set to 100%) and then making a horrible noise at startup for about 30 seconds until I started typing my fingers. I replaced it with this one and 3 weeks later same thing. So I'm now in the market for another replacement.
