Glutamine Heals Lime (Gary Null, Natural Healing) and this product also healed my ulcer. I needed Beverly Select Glutamine Powder to cure Lyme Disease, although along with Source Naturals Sublingual Melatonin and Wonder Labs Cobalamin B-12 also sublingual. I take about 4 or 5 a day. I also occasionally drink a few more of these Solgars before bed. Solgar Glutamine helps me sleep along with melatonin, but I need Beverly Glutamine Select powder for daytime energy along with B-12. I think this is a good product. Thanks Revane, I don't know how I would have managed without you.
