Review on HASHI (4 Inch X 1Pack by Andy Edwards

I installed my gate today. The instructions were a bit sparse, but by applying the template to the door you plan to mount it on, it was fairly easy to figure out the correct orientation and spacing. Pro tip: At first, it REALLY seemed like the top screw was out of reach for a screwdriver whether the stopper was all the way up or all the way down; However, you can hold the stopper halfway and it provides fairly easy access to that area. I've seen a few complaints about the screws that come with the kit, but for my outside gate the screws were just the right size (otherwise they would be sticking out the other side). When extended, the stopper prevents my gate from closing with sufficient force. It does NOT provide much stopping power in the other direction (my gate doesn't have a spring to automatically close). However, it is sufficient if there is no strong wind blowing. I really like the spring-loaded return, which allows you to work with just your foot. For the price I would buy it again anytime.
